Annual Volunteer Christmas Dinner in Review

We had a wonderful evening honoring all our adult and junior volunteers. Our volunteers provide a variety of services including: office work, thrift store operations, delivering Meals On Wheels, maintaining facilities, and picking up / delivering resources. They truly are the “hands and feet” of Care Center.

This year’s dinner theme was “A Christmas Care-all.” Check out our staff cast members below.

“A Christmas Care-all” was a spin off the critically acclaimed narrative “A Christmas Carol,” which tells the story of a bitter old miser named Ebenezer Scrooge (played by Executive Director, Rob Quam) and his transformation into a gentler, kindlier man after visitations by the ghost of his former business partner Jacob Marley (played by Ralph Waters) and the Ghosts of Christmas Past (played by Terrie Crabtree), Present (played by Dennis Childress) and Yet to Come (played by J.D.).

A few other photos to share:

The table decorations were brilliantly festive!

Volunteers received new picture badges with the amount of current volunteer hours worked.

These volunteers have given thousands of service hours to our community. Thank you to each and every volunteer this year!
